Dr. Salazar has traveled internationally on medical mission trips for several years to help children without access to hearing healthcare. She has pledged that a portion of all profits of Mobile Audiology of North Texas will be used for this work but sadly, international travel is inadvisable at this time and the mission trip is suspended for the coming year. Instead, Mobile Audiology of North Texas has donated to the Hear the World Foundation which shares the mission of providing hearing care in low-income countries and has partners around the world continuing to provide care.
